EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

  • We do not refund for change of mind so please choose carefully.
  • In the unlikely event your items are delivered and found faulty or damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items with photos showing proof of damage or fault. Our contact email is ohmytransfers.au@gmail.com Once the 14 days has past, we are unable to provide any replacement or store credit.

  • Please note some colours may vary in person compared to photos displayed on screen.

APPLICATION OF UV DTF

  • Please note Oh My Transfers is not responsible for any usage errors when applying your transfers. We will not refund or compensate for this reason.
  • Please read instructions carefully before applying your transfers.
